Working On Yourself: Biceps, Triceps & Forearms

Lisa and Miki Barber showcase how to use the TheraGun G1 on their biceps, triceps and forearms.

Lightly put the G1 AmpBIT on your bicep. Now apply your desired pressure and slowly move the G1 up-and-down your bicep for 30 to 60 seconds. Slowly move the G1 to the back of your arm on to the triceps muscle.

You can do this by rotating your arm to access the outside of your triceps or you can rotate your arm outwards to gain access to the underside of your triceps. Allow the triceps muscle to feel the vibrations prior to applying pressure, then while applying pressure to your own liking, use the G1 for 30 to 60 seconds.

Helpful Tip: Allow the vibrations to work for a few seconds by floating the G1 on its own weight on your arm muscles while moving the G1 one inch per second.

Now slowly move the G1 down to your forearm area toward your wrist. As you move the G1 up-and-down your forearm rotate your hand palm up to palm down to give yourself access to all of your wrist flexors and wrist extensors.
