In Dec 2016, all of the shares of RITA Electronics, Ltd. were properly transferred to Taishodo Corporation (Toyokawa, Aichi Prefecture). We expect a great many synergy effects from the vertical integration of Taishodo’s Electronic Manufacturing Service and our Circuit Board products.
